Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy applies to purchases from Sahara's Pawsome Gifts and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For standard, non-personalised products, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unused, undamaged and returned in their original condition and packaging where reasonably applicable.

Please email saharaspawsomegifts@gmail.com to request a return. Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if it is damaged, defective, unsafe or incorrect.

Please include your order number and photographs where applicable. We will assess the issue and, where required by law, arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund.

Your statutory rights under South African consumer law are not affected by this policy.

Personalised & Custom Products

Personalised, engraved or custom-made products cannot generally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.

Please carefully check all names, spelling, telephone numbers and other information before placing your order.

This does not affect your rights if a personalised product is defective, incorrectly made or does not match your order.

Sale Items

Sale and promotional items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your statutory rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied products.

Pet Treats & Care Products

Please check ingredients, product information and usage instructions before purchasing treats, grooming or care products for your pet, particularly where your pet has known allergies or sensitivities.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

Approved refunds will normally be made to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
