Return/Refunds Policy

We appreciate your purchase and hope you are satisfied with it. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or online-store credit, subject to certain terms.

All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at saharaspawsomegifts@gmail.com and provide the reason for the return. Additionally, please include a photo of any defects in the item.

We will then provide you with a return address via email. Please note that you are responsible for covering all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 days from the receipt of your item for the refund process to be completed. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Please be aware that order cancellations made prior to production will incur a non-refundable transaction fee.

Exceptions:

  1. Sales items are considered final sales and cannot be returned.
  2. Delivery fees are strictly non-refundable.
  3. Refunds will not be issued for items printed with incorrect details provided by the customer.
  4. Refunds will not be issued for items printed with personal details.
  5. Refund will not be issued for any "Cat or Dog" items that have been opened.
  6. Please ensure all spelling, phone numbers, and other details are accurate when placing your orders, as orders will be created exactly as requested.
  7. Before purchasing any grooming products, care products, and/or treats, please ensure that your furry babies do not have any allergies to these items.  Sahara's Pawsome Gifts cannot be held responsible for any allergies that may arise after using the products on your pet.
