Shipping Policy

Our standard processing time for orders is five (5) to seven (7) business days (Monday – Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery occurs once production is complete, with orders typically arriving within one (1) to three (3) business days thereafter, depending on the delivery location.

Shipping Rates

We utilise Pudo's locker-to-locker delivery service for all shipments. Shipping charges are based on the weight and size of your parcel. 

Please note that shipping costs are not included in the listed price of the items. Shipping will be calculated and added as an additional charge during checkout.

Please note that delivery services are not available for townships.
